What Are Removable Dentures?
Removable dentures are custom-fitted prosthetic appliances that replace missing teeth and the surrounding gum tissue. A complete (full) denture replaces all teeth in the upper or lower arch. A partial denture fills in gaps created by multiple missing teeth while remaining teeth are still present. Both types are designed to be removed for cleaning and while sleeping.
